A pair of early 20th century diamond drop earrings, the stylised flowerhead set with eleven round cut diamonds surmounted by a diamond set ribbon detail and larger round cut diamond and further smaller diamonds, all set in white metal milgrain setting edge, with post and butterfly fittings (butterfly backs associated) drop 5.5cm long, gross weight 8gms, total diamond weight estimated 2.60ct (pair) (2)

Both earrings would benefit from a clean
Some diamonds appear to be possible later additions as they don't fit the whole of the mount (doesn't appear to be chips) but due to the size of the diamonds, it's hard to be sure.
General minor surface scuffs, blemishes and scratches seen to the mount, this is commensurate with age and wear.
First earring -
All diamonds present, well matched in colour, bright and lively.
Inclusions are present to some diamonds, this is seen with x10 loupe - they are eye clean.
Possible that the stud fitting is later, there appears to be lead repair residue to reverse
Top jump ring appears to have minor repair as well (seen with x10 loupe)
Milgrain setting edge is low is some areas, particularly seen to the smaller diamonds, this is commensurate with age and wear.
Second earring -
First jump ring is a later addition, there is repair work seen and jump ring appears to be thicker.
All diamonds present, well matched in colour, bright and lively.
