The paint surface shows fine craquelure throughout, but no obvious damage. Examination under UV reveals small areas of retouching, but no evidence of extensive repair or restoration. The frame appears to be structurally sound, but shows open joints to the corners. The gilt finish of the frame has been over-painted at some point in the past.
