More Information
Condition is good. Moulding is clear, some wear to some of the lettering (varying amounts between each label), moderate wear concentrated at the corners and seams. General scratching and wear to the surface. Consistent with age and use.
There is a shallow but relatively wide dent to the side covered in labels - this is most visible when viewed side on. There is some denting to the corners, but no other dents, splitting or signs of repair. The hinged cover is in working order, opening relatively smoothly and closing with a snap, lying flush. Bail is in good order. Hallmarks show some wear, most wear on the 'H&T' hallmark, but all are legible.
