A pair of Victorian cut glass and silver mounted oil and vinegar bottles, John Round & Son, Sheffield 1897, each of baluster form on circular foot with star cut base and loop handle, plain polished mounts, each 18.5cm high (2)

One example shows cracks where the handle meets the body (see pictures). No other cracks, chips or signs or repair to the glass. Each show scratching and wear commensurate with age and use. Silver mounts show some denting, general scratching and wear commensurate with age and use. One example shows some deep scratches to the cover. No splitting or signs of repair. Covers open smoothly, but do not sit completely flush. The covers do wobble at the hinges. Hallmarks are showing moderate wear, but are legible. See additional images.
