A malachite stick pin, carved in the classical style as a female head with waved hair and a crown of grapes and vine leaves, set to a gold coloured mount with rope-twist border, gold coloured pin, overall length 9cm, weight 7.2gms

Large chip/loss to the nose and to the crown above the forehead. Some minor chips/nibbling around the shoulders and mount. Face shows abrasion to highpoints, around the left eye, waves of hair and left side of head and neck. Scratching and wear throughout commensurate with age and use. Some light bending to the pin.
