An Edwardian three piece silver tea service by Wakely & Wheeler, London 1906, comprising a teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug, each piece of baluster form with shaped rims, reeded borders on three shell-capped feet, teapot with wooden handle and knop, gross weight of set 39.31ozt

Teapot: Overall good. No major signs of denting, thinning or splitting. Possible repair work to handle. Hinged lid opening and closing correctly, though knop is loose and require tightening. Feet sit flat on a level surface. General scratching and wear consistent with use.

Bowl: large, long dent between two of the feet, approx. 2cm long. Some other small dents to surface. No signs of thinning or splitting, no signs of repair work or modification. Feet sit flat on level surface. General scratching and wear consistent with use.

Jug: A moderate amount of small denting concentrated below the border. No signs of thinning or splitting, no signs of repair work or modification. Jug does sit flat on level surface, however feet do appear slightly upturned. General scratching and wear to surface.
