Joint splits to both sides of the cupboard with minor cracks to the sides of the bookcase, 15cm split to the interior base of the bookcase, minor marks, scuffs and gouges to the top of the cupboard, one handle detached in the secretaire interior, otherwise bookcase has general wear commensurate with age and use, however no further visible faults, repairs or woodworm.
