A Chinese pottery Mingqi tomb figure, possibly Western Han dynasty, modelled as a standing Courtesan, remanence of a painted surface, detachable head, lacking hands, 71cm high (at fault)

The head is supported by a later addition of wood inserted into the neck of the piece. Areas of restoration and some overpainting visible. Old restorations are apparent and some more recent restorations are probable. Lacking hands.
