Cut out repairs to hinges on left hand cupboard door.
Some loss of moulding, all drawers feel tight, although no obvious signs of worm in the drawers.
Some minor signs of worm to the top of chest.
Because of the position of the cupboard, its difficult to judge condition of side and back boards, although there is no visible signs of damage. Buyers should be aware that the cupboard is going to need a degree of restoration.
