The picture is framed under glass and has not been removed for inspection. The paper shows foxing across the surface, most visible in the upper areas of the sky. The colours appear reasonably strong, but are likely to have faded somewhat over time. The paper has been unevenly trimmed around the edges. The mount shows darkening across the surface, deepening as it approaches the frame. The frame is structurally sound, but shows rubbing to the gilt finish and cracks and losses to the moulded details. The glass would benefit from cleaning.
