A Regency mahogany metamorphic chair/library steps, the chair with a concave top rail over reeded down swept arms extending to scrolled bulls eye terminals, above a rattan seat raised upon reeded sabre front legs, the hinged seat with a brass button release to the side folding into a set of library steps with four graduated steps, 92cm high

Replaced hinges to underside of chair, very minor split to rear LH foot 2cm long, triangular shaped chip to front LH foot, 2cm long, minor chip to RH front foot, 2cm chip to beading on bottom step. Blocks added to underside of bottom two shelves. Chair is grimy and would benefit from clean. See further images.
