An Edwardian green cut glass silver mounted posy vase by Searle Co, London 1904, of tapering reeded form with star cut decoration and silver collar, 16.5cm high, together with an Edwardian cut glass silver mounted dressing table jar by James Deakin & Sons, Chester 1903, of compressed circular form with hobnail decoration, the silver cover decorated with cherubs, 5.3cm high, a Victorian silver mounted cut glass scent bottle, marks for London 1897 (maker’s marks worn), 12.5cm high, a cut glass silver mounted hair pin box, Chester 1916, 9cm wide, and a further cut glass scent bottle with silver coloured mount, 9.5cm high (5)

Green vase: Small chip to the inside of the glass. The rest of the glass appears in tact, general scratching and wear commensurate with age and use. Silver collar is heavily dented in places, and has come away from the glass in small areas.
Spherical jar: No large fractures, cracks or chips. Small nibbles to the highpoints of the decoration, general scratching and wear commensurate with age and use. Moderate denting to the silver cover, moderate scratching and wear. The cork is present to the inside but is highly worn.
Smaller spherical jar: Many small chips and nibbles to the highpoints of the glass decoration. No larger cracks, chips or breakages affecting the integrity of the glass. Small fracture to the stopper, but still in good working order. Some denting, general scratching and wear to the silver mount.
Cherub jar: Many small chips and nibbles to the highpoints of the glass decoration. No larger cracks, chips or breakages affecting the integrity of the glass. Cover is moderately dented, scratched and worn, but no splits or repairs visible.
Rectangular jar: Glass in good order. Minor nibbles, general scratching and wear, but no large cracks, chips or breakages affecting the integrity of the glass. Moderate denting to the silver cover, scratching and wear. Engraved detail is heavily worn.
