A silver mounted cut glass claret jug by Roberts & Belk, Sheffield 1981, of tapering cylindrical form with star cut based and acid etched decoration, the silver mounted engraved with Prince of Wales feathers and motto 'ICH DIEN', hinged cover with stylized dragon finial, 30.3cm high

Overall condition is good. There are two moderate sized chips to the border of the base, one measuring 1cm x 0.8cm, the other 2cm wide. There is some abrasion and nibbling to the highpoints, No other breakage, cracks or fractures to the glass. Silver mount is in good order - the band around the glass body is bent (as shown in the pictures). Lid opens smoothly and closes flush. All engravings and mouldings are crisp. Hallmarks are clear. No significant dents, splitting or repair, minor scratching wear and tear only.
