A matched trio of George II/III dining chairs, each with a pierced splat back above a drop in seat and shaped apron, raised upon front cabriole legs and pad feet, plain back swept rear legs, heights 94cm, 96cm and 97cm (3) (at fault)

The single mahogany chair, with blocks and heavy glue deposits to the underside joints, chips to both rear feet, with general scuffs to the front legs, overall heavy general wear.
The pair of country made mixed wood chairs probably oak and walnut, with splits and repairs to the splats and top rails, extensive play in joints. Blocks added with glue deposits to the underside joints, one rear leg has a worn rounded foot, overall general heavy marks and scuffs.
