An air or mercury twist wine of large proportions, 19th century, the trumpet shaped bowl on twist stem, knop and domed spreading foot, unpolished pontil, 23cm high along with a pair of 18th century style cordial glasses, 17cm high, a celery vase engraved 'peace on earth and good will to men, old England forever' 26cm high, and a rummer with faceted detail upon square base 15cm high (5)

Wine shows fine surface scratching, but no obvious chips, cracks or losses. The two cordial glasses each show blowing faults to the bowl and the odd small bubble in the stem and foot. Celery glass shows a flaked chip to the rim and the odd bubble to the bowl. Rummer shows the odd chip and nibble to the edges and corners of the base.
