A burr elm chest of drawers, early 18th century, the quarter veneered and cross banded top over an arrangement of two short and three long graduated oak lined drawers, running front to back, applied with shaped brass back plates and swing handles, upon bracket feet, 93cm H x 100cm W x 57cm D (front corner detached)

Front corner detached but present, evidence of historic worm to the chest top, along with veneer cracks and very minor chips.
Drawer handles and locks are later associated.
All drawers run smoothly, chest appears to have undergone a degree of restoration, and is basically structurally sound.
