A Coalport blue ‘Batwing’ pattern tete a tete part espresso service, comprising: two small coffee cups, each 6cm high, two saucers, 11cm diameter, and a milk jug, 8.5cm high, each with printed and painted marks to bases, together with a selection of Crown Derby tea wares hand painted in the Traditional Imari pattern (2451 equivalent), early 19th century, comprising: a pair of teacups and saucers, two coffee cans, and a serving dish, 22cm diameter, each with painted marks to bases; with three Davenport ball footed teacups and saucers in a similar pattern, printed marks to bases; a Crown Derby Imari pattern lozenge shaped serving plate, painted mark to base, 27.5cm wide; and a small quantity of Royal Crown Derby 2451 Imari pattern tea wares (26) (at fault)

More Information

Most pieces show surface crazing (stained in places) and some show hairline cracks. Most pieces do not ring when pinged. All pieces show some surface wear and rubbing to the gilt highlights.
