Blotter:
Major losses to each side which appear to have been re-painted.
Silver mounts are tarnished, have minor scratches and blemishes commensurate with age and use.
Blotter shows areas of wear and loss throughout, particularly to corners and sides.
Desk clip:
Mount has areas of loss, dents and scratches throughout, commensurate with use.
Hinge in good working order currently, but there is a slight bend in the mechanism, may require attention.
Silver is tarnished and would benefit from a clean.
The screws may possibly be a later addition.
