A four-piece silver backed dressing table set, W I Broadway & Co, Birmingham 1983, comprising hand held mirror, 23.2cm long, a hairbrush, 22cm long, a clothes brush, 15cm long, and a comb, 16.7cm long, each embossed with green man masks, birds and scrolling detail, mirror and brushes with vacant cartouches to reverse, all set to a fitted box

Good order. Some denting, general scratching and mostly concentrated to the highpoints of the embossed decoration, and around the edges of the hairbrush and mirror. the comb shows the most wear and damage, as the silver mount is becoming slightly detached and shows some splitting and thinning. There is no obvious thinning or splitting to any of the other pieces, and none show signs of repair. Glass of the mirror is in good order, and teeth of the comb are in good order. There are some bent and misshapen bristles on the hairbrush and clothes brush.
