WORLD WAR II INTEREST: A collection of World War II army officer's equipment belonging to Lieutenant Colonel Harry Adrian Loe, primarily relating to his service in the Burma Campaign, comprising: General The Viscount Gort's Despatches, B.E.F 1939-40; a British military clasp knife with broad arrow stamp dated 1942; three maps of Bihar and Orissa to a canvas khaki map case dated 1940 and named to Major H.A Lowe; a portable officer's enamel washbasin with brown leather cover inscribed "H.A.L" and paper tag inscribed 'H.Q S&T 11 (EA Division) Mombasa East Africa; a black and white photograph of Loe with Field Marshall Sir William Slim inscribed verso and dated January 1945; a white canvas sack stencilled "Lt. Col. H.A. Loe"; an officer's Sam Browne belt and holster inscribed "H.A.
