A large 18th century carved oak coffer, with a four panel hinged cover, the two central panels carved with geometric lozenge motifs, above a lunette carved frieze and conforming panels to the front and sides, raised upon channelled stile feet, 68cm H x 151cm x 62cm D

Some light fading to the top of the coffer, lock has been replaced, rails added to the interior of the front and back panels, boards to the base are possibly later.
Evidence of historic worm to the bottom rear rail and feet, otherwise general wear and marks commensurate with age and use.
