A Chinese hardwood side table, early 20th century, the rectangular top above a single frieze drawer carved with masted vessels and figures in a pagoda landscape, raised upon legs of square section united by peripheral cross stretchers, 71cm H x 61cm W x 30cm D

The piece shows wear commensurate with age and use including light scratching to the top, variations in colour and the odd dent to high points. The drawer is somewhat stiff to close. The drawer stretcher shows and open joint at one end, as does the leg stretcher.
