A set of eight Chinese porcelain celadon glazed ducks, 20th century, each of graduated size, largest 31cm high (8)

All show firing pits and frits and the odd small glazing fault. Other faults (in order of size of duck from largest to smallest):

First - shows a firing crack to the throat and extensive hairlines descending down the neck (possibly the result of over-firing).

Second - shows a small chip to the leading edge of the right wing.

Fourth - shows a flaked loss to the base.

Seventh shows a loss to the leading edge of the left wing.
