A 19th century giltwood sofa, the raised and shaped back extending to padded scrolled arms enclosing the sprung seat, upon knopped and block front legs, plain back swept rear legs and brass castors, united by peripheral cross stretchers, with a later bespoke striped cover, 94cm H x 165cm W x 76cm D (repairs to rear legs, at fault)

Repairs to both rear legs appear firm with little or no play however there appears to be a small amount of play in the back rest.
Minor scuffs and rubbing to the legs and cross stretcher, general fading/bleaching to the removable covers with some minor marks and stains to the lining cover.
