Rubbing to the top rail on all chairs, which appear to be stained. One chair has minor play in the joints, the other five chairs seem firm with little or no play, several of the seat pads seem soft with some light sagging. Otherwise general light scuffing wear to the legs and cross stretchers commensurate with age and use
