Overall condition is very good. Tortoishell is in good order, silver to shield cartouche is all in tact. some denting to the silver mounts, but no splitting or repair work. Glass to mirror in tact. Moderate to heavy wear to the brush bristles. Box is fair order. Moderate wear to the leather exterior, particularly at the edges and corners. Lining in good order, with some staining.
