More Information

Overall condition is good. Enamel is in good order, no cracks, chips or losses exposing the silver beneath - scratching and wear only.

Small dent to reverse, small patch of solder repair to a corner on the reverse, but no other dents, splitting, thinning or repair. Moderate scratching and wear to silver commensurate with age and use.

Push button mechanism works correctly, opening smoothly and closing securely, however the cover does not sit completely flush.

Gilt interior is moderately worn and scratched. Lettering and marks to interior are crisp and clear. Elastic to interior is stretched and has become detached at one side.
