Tipping mechanism functional with tongue and eyes moving with arm. Various small chips to the red paint finish. Larger losses and wear to the elbow and lower edge commensurate with age and use. Wear, small chips and some discolouration to the black paint finish. Chips and larger losses to the white paint finish of the teeth. Appears to be in original paint. Painted name "Paul Hodgkinson" to base.
