An 18ct yellow gold certified sapphire and diamond three stone ring, the cushion cut sapphire (certified as 3.75ct) with a baguette cut diamond to each side, within a yellow gold mount leading to plain polished shank, ring size L 1/2, stamped SFJ, London 1991, with GCS certificate stating the cushion cut blue sapphire of Sri Lankan origin with no indications of heat treatment being observed, carat weight 3.75 carats (8.38 x 7.96 x 5.52mm)
