More Information

Overall very good. There are a couple of dents to the cover, but no other denting, splitting or signs of repair. There is scratching, pitting and wear consistent with age, most notably around the cover and the cartouche on the reverse. Gilt interior shows moderate wear and scratching. Hallmarks are heavily worn. Hinged cover is in good order, opening and closing smoothly and sitting flush with the box.
