A 19th century scumbled pine housekeepers cupboard, formed with an arrangement of four cupboard doors over a further four cupboard doors, upon bracket feet, 183cm H x 183cm W x 50cm D, lacking cornice (at fault)

All hinges replaced with losses and damage around the original hinge beds, all doors with chips and losses to the edges, bottom RH door has splits with a brace added to the inside of the door, later re-stained which may hide further faults.
A timber spar has been added to the rear underside of the cupboard to replace the two rear feet, no visible signs of worm although it is possible to the underside and disguised by the later staining.
General marks, losses, chips and wear commensurate with age and use.
The cupboard was removed from a border counties farmhouse in an untouched condition .
We believe it to be third quarter 19th century.
