Jewellery box: Overall condition is good, enamel decoration is in good order, with light scratching and wear, no chips or major losses to the enamel, though there is a small area of damage towards the centre of the cover resulting in a light area of discoloration. Cover is in good order, border decoration is in tact, some denting to the lip of the cover. Hinge mechanism opens and closes smoothly, but does leave a slight gap at the seam when closed. Body is in good order, some light misshaping to the feet, and it does wobble slightly on a flat surface. Some wear and staining to the inside velvet, which would benefit from cleaning.

Glass bottle: Overall fair. Hinge to cover is broken and the cover is loose, in need of repair. Enamel cover in good order, no major cracks or losses, some chipping to glaze at the edges. Moderate scratching and denting to silver mount. Glass stopper in good order. Glass body in good order, no chips, cracks or breakage, moderate scratching and wear to the base.
