A mid 17th century and later Welsh oak six plank coffer bach, the hinged top with a serrated edge and incised roundel detail, above the front panel carved with conforming detail and raised upon late 'V' cut end supports, 44cm H x 78cm W x 32cm D (at fault)

Full height splits to both end panels, with bars fitted to the interior at both ends, replaced bar at top of back board with later hinges attached.
Signs of historic worm to the bottom board with rails added to the underside by the end supports.
General marks and gouges commensurate with age and use, the coffer is in solid condition however it has undergone some repairs/restoration
