A late Victorian sofa in the manner of Howard & Sons, partially covered in William Morris type fabric, the sprung seat with a stepped back rest and six fitted cushions, upon tapering mahogany front legs of square section and brass castors, 76cm H x 188cm W x 95cm D (at fault)

Extensive stains and deterioration to the fabric, both arms have some play in the joints and the springs in the seat appear very soft. However the full extent of any faults and losses would be difficult to assess until all the fabric and upholstery is removed.
