Watch ticks when wound. Overall condition is good, there is heavy staining to the central panel in the reverse, and some areas of wear to the painted figure and scene, and the gilt decoration. No signs of cracking or damage to the case, moderate wear to metal consistent with age and use.

There is a thin hairline crack extending from eight 'o' clock, and some repair to the six 'o' clock position. All lettering and markers are in tact. Some areas of scratching and wear to the watch glass. moderate scratching and wear to case, some very small denting only.
