Small chip to the top of the dome of the moonstone, visible under 10x. Stone shows moderate scratching and wear. Stone is secure. Settings and pierced surround in good order, no thinning, splitting, major denting or repair. Some thinning around the base of the shank, and heavy scratching around the base commensurate with age and use, but no thinning, splitting, resizing or repair.
