An 18th century Bilston enamel candlestick, of knopped form on shaped base, decorated with floral springs, 27.5cm high (at fault), together with a rectangular enamelled box, the cover and sides decorated with panels depicting bucolic scenes, 11cm W x 5cm H x 10cm D (at fault), an enamelled circular box depicting a harbour scene, 7.5cm diameter (at fault), a further enamelled circular box, 7cm diameter (at fault), a Chinese enamelled open salt, 4.7cm diameter (at fault), a further Chinese enamelled open salt, 3.3cm high (at fault) and an enamelled jar cover, 5.6cm diameter (at fault) (7)

Candlestick: Heavily damage and repair. Hairline cracks and crazing throughout the base and stem. Large areas of repair around the sconce and base. Signs of previous breakage to stem and later repair. See pictures for further illustration.

Rectangular box: Heavy damage and repair. Scratching and wear to cover, but largely in good order, no large cracks or repair. Hairline cracks throughout sides, extensive losses and repair. See pictures for further illustration.

Harbour box: Very heavy damage and repair throughout. Cover is detached, metal mounts dented and worn. See pictures for illustration.

Circular box with outdoor scene: Hairline cracks and cracking throughout, heavy scratching and wear. Possible signs of repair around the edge of the cover, some losses to the metal mounts. Hinge has been broken and later repaired with wire. See pictures for illustration.

All other pieces show heavy damage. Converted jar cover seems to have had a knop previously which has broken off, as well as showing general scratching and wear. There is a later added attachment with visible glue residue. Both salts are heavily damaged with extensive cracking and repair. Both have later added attachments and show thick patches of glue residue. See pictures for illustration.
