An Edwardian silver letter opener by Elkington & Co Ltd, Birmingham 1905, the reverse engraved with an eight-inch ruler, 22.4cm long, weight 2.07ozt

Overall good. There is very heavy scratching to the piece, with particularly deep/large scratches around the tip. No heavy denting, splitting or signs of repair. There is a very slight bend to the ruler. There is some wear to the numbers, but they are largely in good order. Some wear to the hallmarks, but they are legible.
