A 19th century elm and beech wood smokers bow elbow chair, the curved top rail extending to down swept arms and scrolled terminals, upon turned baluster spindles above the saddle shaped seat, raised upon conforming turned legs extending to peg feet and united by a 'H' cross stretcher, 85cm H

Raised upon peg feet, feet have not been repaired.
Extensive fading/wear to the arms, with some play in the LH spindles.
A repaired split 21cm long to the front of the seat, a second smaller split and a small split to the rear of the seat.
Minor signs of inactive worm to the underside of the seat and one leg, otherwise general wear commensurate with age and use
