A Victorian silver and glass pepperette modelled as a cockatoo by Henry William Curry, London 1883, clear glass body with applied scrolling rings, with silver mounted tail, feet and detachable head, 13cm high (at fault)

Condition is poor. base and head show dried glue to inside. Glass around neck and tail is chipped and abraded, also with residual glue. Feet show heavy solder repair, also some light denting and moderate scratching and wear. Hole to centre of body showing considerable conchoidal fractures. Head is in good order. General scratching, wear consistent with use.
