A silver salver circa 1830, possibly by Edward Farrell, of shaped circular form with cast pie crust and foliate border on three scroll feet, with later scrolling shell and foliate engraved decoration, armorial crest to centre depicting a fist clutching an anchor, 22cm diameter, 10.62ozt

There is a patch of solder repair to the central of the salver, around the central crest (see pictures). There appears to be repair to to the legs. There is also signs of previous splits and repairs to the border of the dish. Some thinning to the border of the salver. There is heavy scratching and wear to the front, reverse and feet on the piece. The central crest is heavily worn, and there is wear to the engraved floral border. The hallmarks are heavily worn. Please see pictures for illustration.
